Our Gallery And Dealer Clients Have Always Been Central To Our Business.
The company owner Adam Prideaux, as well as the founder Louise Hallett, previously ran commercial galleries, and the team at Hallett has grown around their knowledge and experience.
Our London office is a short walk from many of our clients’ galleries in Mayfair, St James’s and Fitzrovia, which allows us to connect with our clients and to develop a better understanding than the average City broker.
As well as arranging insurances and settling claims, we offer guidance on risk management and our open-invitation seminars cover subjects from conservation to cybercrime.
Combined Household And Dealer Insurance
For dealers working from home, we understand that the cost of taking out a separate insurance policy can be prohibitive, so we have developed a combined household and dealer policy with Hiscox, to cover everything from buildings, contents and jewellery to stock and consignments, including art fairs and legal liabilities.
Other Insurances
Besides the standard types of cover, we can arrange insurances for other areas of the business, including Directors & Officers liabilities, Key Man and Travel. Please contact us for a quote for art dealer insurance, antique dealer insurance or art gallery insurance.

For our part, we oversee all claims from start to finish, using our considerable experience and contacts to achieve the best possible claim settlements. We are proud of our ability to settle the most complex claims for fine art, especially those involving damage, restoration and subsequent loss of value.
We are equally well equipped to help in the aftermath of a fire or flood, from arranging appropriate disaster recovery, to negotiating the right form of settlement. The majority of claims are, however, straightforward, and we aim to settle quickly and cleanly.
